Our China operations was established in
1996. A spacious 92,000 sq ft facility, the plant
specialises in the manufacturing of disposable plastic
products for fast food restaurant chains.
Guppy China is fully accredited with ISO 9001:2000, ISO
14001:2004 and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control
Point) and adheres strictly to the Good Manufacturing
Practices code. We also scored an “Excellent” during the
AIB Food Safety Audit.
The plant’s state-of-the-art capabilities include 21
units of injection moulding machines with 120 – 280
tonnage capacities and a Material Conveying System that
is separated from the control environment to prevent
dust contamination.
To further facilitate the prevention of contamination,
all product packaging processes are complemented by
cutting-edge automation and done in a controlled
environment. |
