| Production Floor Space |
|
|
Our Selangor plant has established with various range of production environment and is fully equipped to handle the manufacturing process from conceptualization and design, through to mould fabrication, production, sales and marketing for the local and international markets.
The overall production floor was built on 380,000 sq ft which allocated 86 units of injection molding machine ranges from 50 – 3000 tonnage.
The production was set up according to nature of product requirement such as ambient environment, air-conditional and clean room. |

| Machine Capability |

Selangor Plant houses most of the new state-of-the-art plastic injection moulding machinery and equipment with the latest robotics and digital control technology.
Our machines and their capabilities include:
* high speed machines enhanced by the nitrogen gas that are specially used for thin wall moulding;
*2K machine in the range of 120-200 tonnage, this machine is double barreled for multi-shot design product |

| Tooling Fabrication |
|

| Selangor Plant is capable of fabricating precision to large size (3000 tonnage machine) of moulds within a short lead-time. We are well versed with hot runner, unscrew tooling, multi-shot for 2K moulding designed to meet the demands of our customers in different industries. |
