Guppy Penang, an extension of Guppy Group, was established to tap into the booming semiconductor and electronics industries in the northern region of Malaysia. We commenced operations in mid-1993, specialising in electrical/electronics, automotive, semiconductor and industrial products.

Our main objective is to understand the demands of our customer base in the northern region so we can serve them better by providing a fully equipped facility within close proximity. This also gives the Guppy Group more opportunities to explore other areas such as the automotive and medical sectors.

Subsequently, we endeavour to enhance our facilities and upgrade our quality systems in line with both the local and international market demands. As we move the direction of the company to overcome future hurdles, we focus on more challenging projects including turnkey projects to cater to the present industrial environment as well as cluster industries.
